American Council of Learned Societies
With the support of the National Endowment for the Humanities, SBL developed and maintains an interactive website that provides classroom SBL is a member of the American Council of Learned Societies, the leading representatives organization of humanities scholarship in America. The Council appoints a member to a four-year term to represent SBL interests to the ACLS.
